Chen Style Taiji(Tai Chi) provides both mental and physical exercise. Taiji trains your body to move in a more natural, grounded, open way. Taiji provides a mental distraction from your daily worries while also working on your focus. The movements and concepts are not common within modern society requiring concentration to learn and integrate.
